The NHS Fellowship in Clinical AI Welcomes Cohort 5 in Thames Valley

We’re delighted to announce the start of Cohort 5 of the NHS Fellowship in Clinical AI across the Thames Valley region, welcoming three clinicians. Joining from diverse clinical backgrounds, these fellows will spend the next year embedded in real-world AI deployment projects learning how to develop, implement, and safely monitor these tools within NHS clinical pathways.

Conor Malone — Specialty Trainee Doctor in Ophthalmology

Project: Artificial Intelligence–Enabled Triage Using Automated Ophthalmic Imaging in Emergency Eye Care, at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
