Advance training skills module (ATSM)

ATSM coordinator – Miss Ruth Houlden

In the final two years of training (ST6-7) trainees are required to subspecialise in a particular area of obstetrics and gynaecology. Trainees must complete 2 ATSM (as a minimum) in order to achieve CCT. The ATSM training programme is overseen by the ATSM programme director and delivered locally. There are competitive interviews at the end of ST5 for trainees to secure their desired ATSM training.
