General Dental Practitioner Appraisal is a requirement of both the National Performers List Regulations and the General Dental Services Contract, so participation will allow you to meet your contractual obligations.
An Appraisal provides a chance to focus on your career progression and build a tailored Personal Development Plan for your 5-year CPD cycle. It also allows an opportunity to reflect on your health and wellbeing and to take stock by talking through achievements and challenges with an experienced dental professional.
