Speakers will receive information about payment of fees and any reimbursement for agreed travel expenses/materials. If speakers wish to be paid into a company account, then a Purchase Order Number would need to be raised. This is line with SBS policy (December 2022).
Receipts are required in order to claim for public transport (including taxis & Ubers), parking, refreshments or purchase of materials. Claims must be submitted within three months of the event taking place and claims submitted after three months will not be processed.
