Upper school ST4-7

Chair – Coordinates training committee, represents trainees on school board and trainee advisory committees.

Communications – Manages communications between deanery and trainees, including advertising events, courses & opportunities

Reg training day coordinator – Supervises organisation of monthly deanery study days by other trainee volunteers

Social & events – Organises social events and yearly PAFTA awards

RCPCH rep – Represents trainees to RCPCH and liaises between local & national committees

Lower school ST1-3

Chair – Coordinates training committee, represents trainees on school board and trainee advisory committees.

ST2-3 training day coordinator – Organises monthly ST2-3 training days including creating timetable and finding speakers

ST1 training day coordinator – Organises logistics of deanery coordinated ST1 training days

Social & events – Organises social events

Hospital reps – Representative within each hospital (plus additional reps in PICU & NICU) – first point of contact for trainees to raise concerns or problems within a department. Also help disseminate information from deanery back into hospitals.
