Fitness to Practise Declarations

If you are subject to any of the following, you must declare these on your application form:

  • A criminal conviction or caution (not including driving license endorsements)
  • A GMC investigation, proceedings or restrictions
  • Employment disciplinary investigation or judgements.

You will then need to submit a FtP Declaration Form which can be downloaded from the Resource Bank on the Specialty Training website to the lead recruiter.

Feedback Requests

For the majority of specialty recruitment, applicants will be automatically provided with their shortlisting and/or interview scores via the Oriel system.

For locally run recruitment (e.g. Academic Specialty recruitment) please complete the feedback request form and send to recruitment.tv@hee.nhs.uk


Trainees requiring Sponsorship (Tier 2 Visa)

HEE is the sponsor for trainees recruited to medical training posts in England.

If you need a Tier 2 Visa – the Overseas Sponsorship Team will contact you once recruitment offers are completed.

Complaints

If you have concerns about any aspect of the recruitment process please raise them with the lead for that recruitment. In many cases concerns can be resolved informally.
