Supporting your learners
Use the trainer review template to record the support options you have offered your resident doctors or learners and when during their training these were accessed.
Discuss the template with your resident doctor or learner at regular educational intervals. With their permission, upload it to the e-portfolio under educator’s notes to support ESR/ARCP completion.
