Horus is the e-portfolio for foundation doctors in England, introduced in August 2017.
If you are having trouble logging in please go to the Horus website and click ‘unable to sign in’. This will send you a link to your email address and is valid for 24 hours, please check your junk mail. This process works for Junior Doctors and trainers.

Access for Trust-appointed Doctors
Doctors recruited locally by NHS Trusts into non-training grade posts can request a Horus account by contacting their employing Trust’s Medical Education Team.
