NHSE, Thames Valley (NHSE-TV) believes that it is important that Healthcare Learners are able to raise, and where appropriate escalate concerns.

Additionally, Thames Valley has the Trainee Advisory Committee (TAC) (see here for current members, and TAC webpage). Training issues are discussed here, and a Standard Operating Procedure exists for concerns raised in this forum.
There are mechanisms and processes, managed by NHSE-TV Quality team to review and investigate concerns raised which includes protecting confidentiality. Further information can be obtained from the Quality team.
