Reports published on the national NHSE Quality website detail the outcomes of specific reviews. Therefore, the contents relate to particular points in time. Reports will not be updated to reflect subsequent changes nor be removed (but be archived after a period of time), with updates on progress available via other, well established mechanisms. The national NHSE Quality and Patient Safety Team will periodically look at published reports with a view to monitoring and, where necessary, improving the level of consistency.
