The Cultural Diversity and Inclusion Network is a committee made up of a group of doctors, spanning various specialities and seniority levels, from the Thames Valley Region of the NHS.
We are working to raise awareness about racial bias and inequity within the Thames Valley for both ethnically diverse NHS employees, and patients.
We are committed to improving differential attainment for NHS employees, and also improving patient outcomes for those who are ethnically diverse.
